It is with deep regret that I am compelled to submit my
resignation from Organizing Secretary of the Meena Tribal Welfare Association Chandigarh,
effective at once. As a result of My Family Shifted to New Delhi Because My Husband also Transfered to New Delhi in the
Month of July 2016 and Pressure of Familiy Situations, I have found it
impossible to carry out effectively the functions and Duties of my Organizing Secretary of the Meena Tribal Welfare Association Chandigarh.
I feel that it would be best for me to withdraw from the Organizing Secretary at this time. Please note that I hereby
relinquish all rights, responsibilities and privileges as a Organizing Secretary effective immediately. I hope you
understand Please express my appreciation to the members of the
Executive Committee for their co-operation in helping to make my term of Organizing Secretary a happy and successful one. I hope that my resignation does not cause any inconvenience. I
appreciate all of the patience and good will you have shown me during my Organizing
Secretary Post with the association.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
I
am sure that my successor will effectively carry forward the many projects
which have made our Meena Tribal Welfare Association Chandigarh so outstanding.
